You can reserve your appointment by way of a credit card payment through our PayPal service account where your payment will be processed with utmost security. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund the following time requirements are in order for a cancellation to be called in before the scheduled appointment.

1/ 24 hours for solo sessions scheduled at our Wellness Center in Greenport. A solo session is where one therapist is working with one client.

2/ 48 hours for all Couples Massages and Trio Massages scheduled at our Wellness Center or as treatments to be administered outside of the Center (outcalls).

3/ 48 hours for all outcall treatments.

4/ 48 hours for Private Yoga Instruction.

5/ One Week for all Living Raw Food Workshops.

6/ One week for all Massage and Body - Therapy Workshops.

7/ Any customer who does not show up for their scheduled appointment whether it is a body treatment, class, or workshop will not be able to receive a refund.

By making your payment you are in accordance with the above cancellation policies that apply to your scheduled body treatment, class, or workshop. Any requested changes to our cancellation policies can only be made with the official consent of OhWhataMassage and / or Born To Massage Associates. _______________________________________________________________________________________
